While cancellations are rare, we understand that sometimes they are unavoidable. We aim to reschedule whenever possible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

15 Days or More Notice: For a full refund of your deposit (minus a non-refundable $10 per person booking fee), please provide at least 15 days’ notice.

4-14 Days Notice: If you cancel within this window, you will be charged a $50 per person cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable $10 booking fee. If we can rebook the trip with other guests, we may waive the cancellation fee.

Less than 3 Days Notice or No Show: If you cancel with less than 3 days’ notice or fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount for the charter. This will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of reservation.
