The gift certificate is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. While the gift certificate has no expiration and can be redeemed at any time, advanced booking is required and subject to availability. Charter schedules may be affected by weather or other unforeseen conditions, in which case the trip will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Fishing License:

A fishing license is required and available for an additional $10. You can purchase it directly from our captain on the day of your trip or beforehand from any authorized third-party vendor

Open Group Charter:

Our Open Group Charters are perfect for individuals or small groups of 3-6 people. If you’re a solo participant, we’ll do our best to place you with another group, depending on availability and scheduling. Private Group Charter:

For those seeking an exclusive experience, our Private Group Charters are tailored for groups of 4-6 participants who want the entire boat reserved just for them. Age Policy:

Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Pricing remains the same for all ages.

Fishing Charter Cancellation Policy:

While cancellations are rare, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our goal is to reschedule your trip whenever possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

15 Days or More Notice:

For a full refund of your deposit (minus a non-refundable $10 per person booking fee), cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance.

4-14 Days Notice:

A $50 per person cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $10 booking fee, will apply. If we can rebook the trip with other guests, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Less than 3 Days Notice or No Show:

Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice or failure to show will result in a charge for the full amount of the charter, billed to the credit card on file.
